2010 m. liepos mėn 3 d., šeštadienį,  kompanijos būstinėje Orel mieste įvyko kasmetinis visuotinis registruotų Europos ekonominio alianso Inter Pool Cover Team (IPC Team E.H.Z.S.)  narių susirinkimas.

Pakilią susirinkimo atmosferą lėmė tai, kad šiais metais sukanka 5-osios IPC Team įkūrimo metinės, o kartu ir 15-kos metų Alukov HZ veiklos jubiliejus. Susirinkimas patvirtino 2009 metų finansinės veiklos ataskaitą bei  ekonominį biudžetą 2010 metams. It was also announced that despite the tough economic situation in 2009 and 2010, the group as a whole had managed to meet its ambitious trade and financial targets, particularly as a result of the group’s emphasis on innovation and the use of the very latest technology. Recently advanced swimming pool and spa roofing technology and designs have been launched onto the market. By expanding our range of products and continuously focusing on innovation of our own designs we have managed to reach more customers and also expand our own dealership network in many countries around the world.

At the meeting it was apparent that the individual members of the IPC Team have been relatively fast in carrying out the ancillary development tasks assigned to them in relation to web-marketing and the implementation of unique G.O.A.L. (Global Online Application List) internet projects.

The General Meeting unanimously confirmed the managerial positions of Mr Jan Zitek – President and Mr Wieslawa Rygielski – Vice-president. The GM also decided to appoint a more streamlined group management body referred to as “Corporate Governance”. This is a team of top managers who will specialise in the following strategic spheres of management:
